You had two things running at once this week, your goody bag gift and your session freebie. Both did well.
Your session freebie was among the strongest in the whole speaker programme, and the theme it sits in, building systems that work on low-capacity days, produced the most emotional response of the week in the community. That is a live conversation in this audience and it is under-served.
