Event Basics

When it runs, where it lives, and how to actually watch a session.

When is the summit happening?

Tuesday 8th to Friday 11th September 2026.

Presentations are released across Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, one theme per day. Friday is live sessions and implementation only, so you finish the week having actually done something rather than just watched a lot of videos.

Where does the summit actually happen?

Inside my Quietly Ambitious community on Skool. The presentations sit in the classroom and the community sits right alongside them, so you can talk to other people who are watching the same things you are.

This is new for 2026 and it's the one step you can't skip. Registering gets you the emails. Joining the community is how you watch.

Where can I find the schedule?

The full four days, day by day, are here: Summit Schedule.

My honest advice is not to plan to watch it all. Nobody watches it all. Pick the day that matches what you're stuck on and start there.

How do I access the presentations?

Each morning you'll get an email with that day's sessions, and everything is waiting for you in the classroom inside Quietly Ambitious.

Presentations go live at 12pm UK / 7am Eastern each day, and each day's sessions stay free for 48 hours from that point.

Are the presentations live?

The presentations are pre-recorded so you can watch when it suits your energy and your time zone.

There's plenty happening live too: three live panels, one per theme, five bonus live sessions from our featured speakers, and several live sessions from me. All of them are recorded, so a clashing school run or a bad energy day doesn't mean you've missed it forever.

You'll find what's on when, live and pre-recorded, on the Summit Schedule. Live sessions run inside the community, and the join links live on the community calendar.

How long are the presentations?

Most are 15 to 20 minutes. Short, focused, and designed with your capacity in mind rather than mine.

Are the videos captioned or transcribed?

Yes. Every presentation has closed captions and a full transcript, so you can read instead of watch, or skim for the bit you actually need.

With the AI Power Pack you also get properly formatted transcripts you can download as PDFs, plus markdown files you can drop straight into Claude or ChatGPT. So you can hand a whole session to your AI and ask it what to do with it, rather than re-typing your notes.

Can I add the sessions to my calendar?

You can. Use this link to subscribe: Add the summit to your calendar.

Where can I meet the speakers?

All 30+ of them are here, with their bios, session titles and the free gift each one is giving away: Meet the Speakers.

Can I promote the summit as an affiliate?

I'd love that. Everything you need, including your link and swipe copy, is here: Affiliate Information.

I have feedback. Where do I share it?

Please do. I read every single response and it genuinely shapes the next one: Share your summit feedback.

Upgrades & Access

One upgrade this year, not three. Here's exactly what's in it.

What is the AI Power Pack?

It's the one paid upgrade, and it's the answer to "I want to keep all of this".

  • Ongoing access to all 30+ presentations, with nothing expiring after 48 hours
  • Every live session and panel recording
  • A private podcast feed so you can listen on a walk instead of at your desk
  • Downloadable PDF slides for most presentations, plus formatted PDF and markdown transcripts
  • 20+ premium resources from our speakers, worth over $1,500 on their own. Full courses, Claude skills, custom GPTs and behind-the-scenes systems, grouped into AI strategy and training, your 24/7 AI dream team, and AI for your brain, energy and focus

What's the difference between the free ticket and the AI Power Pack?

Free gets you every presentation and every live session as they happen, plus the goody bag and the community. Each day's presentations stay watchable for 48 hours and then close.

The AI Power Pack is a different thing entirely. Yes, it keeps every session with no window on it. But the bigger half of it is what our speakers have put in alongside their talks: 20+ premium resources worth over $1,500, and they aren't worksheets. Full courses, Claude skills, custom GPTs and the actual systems running behind these people's businesses, across AI strategy and training, your 24/7 AI dream team, and AI for your brain, energy and focus.

Add the private podcast feed, the downloadable slides, and transcripts formatted for both reading and feeding to your AI, and you're getting a working toolkit rather than a folder of videos.

When do I get access if I upgrade?

You'll be sent an invite to the AI Power Pack classroom as soon as you buy. Presentation replays are yours as each day releases, and live session recordings go in as each session finishes.

The speaker resources and bonuses need claiming by 30th September 2026. Everything else is ongoing access with no expiry date.

Where do I log in to what I've bought?

Your purchase confirmation email has your link, and Skool sends a separate invite to join the classroom. Check your spam folder for that one, it likes to hide there.

Once you're in, this takes you straight there: AI Power Pack classroom.

If you can't find either email, message team@ruthpoundwhite.com with the address you bought with and we'll sort it.

I already own a couple of the speaker resources. Can I get a discount?

No, and here's the honest reasoning. The pack is priced so far below the combined value of what's in it that even using one or two of the resources puts you ahead. Adjusting it per person isn't something I can run fairly.

I missed the early bird price. Can I still get it?

The early bird was genuinely time-limited, so no. The pack is still available at the current price here: AI Power Pack.

My deadlines are real ones. If I extended them every time someone asked, they'd stop meaning anything.

Do you offer refunds?

Because you get instant access to a large amount of digital content, refunds aren't offered. Please read the page properly before you buy, and email us first if you're unsure whether it's right for you.

Other Summit Logistics

Goody bag, bingo, prizes, and how to make the emails stop.

Where do I get the free goody bag?

It's free for every attendee, no upgrade needed, and it's here: Summit Goody Bag.

Each speaker's free gift also sits inside their own presentation lesson, so you'll spot it while you're watching.

Where's the Summit Bingo card?

Right here: Summit Bingo. There's a card, there are prizes, and there's a draw every day of the summit.

Mostly it rewards you for doing the things you were going to do anyway.

What's the scholarship?

On the final day, one engaged attendee wins a full scholarship to the Aligned AI Lab. Details are here: Summit Scholarship.

I'm getting too many emails. Help?

Completely fair. You can switch to one daily digest instead of the full run at any time: Send me one email a day.

You'll still get everything you need. It just arrives in one go.

Will all the speakers get my email address?

No. I never share the attendee list, and I never have. You'll only hear from a speaker if you choose to sign up for something of theirs.

The Community

Everything lives inside Quietly Ambitious on Skool.

Do I have to join the community to take part?

Yes. Everything happens inside Quietly Ambitious on Skool: the classroom, the live sessions, the bingo threads, all of it. If you don't join, you can't watch.

Join here, ideally before we start so you're not doing tech admin on day one.

Does it cost anything to join?

Nothing. Quietly Ambitious is free to join and free to stay in after the summit finishes.

Is the community on Facebook?

No. It's all on Skool, which means no algorithm deciding whether you see the session reminder, and no getting lost in the rest of Facebook on your way there.

Other Concerns

The honest questions, answered honestly.

Do I need to be good with AI or tech already?

No. Some sessions are for people who've never opened ChatGPT, some go deeper for people already using it daily. You pick what fits where you are.

Nobody here is going to make you feel behind.

Is this for me if I don't sell courses?

Yes. It's built for heart-led online offer creators, which covers courses, coaching, memberships, digital products and services. If you sell your own offers online, you're in the right place.

I'm worried AI will make me sound fake. Will this still help?

That worry is the reason this summit exists in the shape it does.

I spent a long time producing AI drafts that were technically fine and completely lifeless, and I nearly gave up on the whole thing. What changed it for me was bringing 15+ years of business and marketing knowledge to the tools, and building them on my brand, my voice and my values rather than accepting whatever came out of the box.

An entire day of the summit, Human-Led, AI-Supported, is about exactly this.

Isn't AI bad for the environment?

It has a real environmental cost, and I'm not going to hand you a comforting statistic and move on. But I did go and look properly, because the guilt around this is doing a lot of work and I wanted to know whether it was earned.

Every data centre on earth, running everything, accounts for about 1% of global electricity use and roughly 0.5% of global CO2 emissions. One text query works out at somewhere around 3 grams of CO2. Using AI ten times a day for a full year comes to about 11kg, against a UK adult's energy footprint of roughly 7 tonnes. That's a rounding error.

Where the real weight sits is diet, driving, home heating and flights. Beef is the single heaviest thing on most people's plates by a wide margin, and shifting a couple of red meat meals a week does more for your footprint than never opening a chatbot again. That's an uncomfortable trade to look at directly, and I think it's the honest one.

There's also a side of this that almost never gets counted. For neurodivergent business owners, for people whose capacity fluctuates, for solo owners with nobody to hand things to, these tools remove real barriers. They're often the difference between an idea reaching people and sitting in a notes app for another year. That's worth something, and it deserves to be in the same conversation as the cost.

None of which means use it thoughtlessly. Fewer and better prompts, used where they genuinely remove a bottleneck, is what I'd encourage. But AI isn't going anywhere, so the useful question is how we use it rather than whether we're allowed to.

Why are the presentations only free for 48 hours?

Two reasons, one for you and one for me.

The window keeps everyone moving through the week together, which is what makes it feel like an event rather than a folder of videos you'll get to eventually. And I say that as someone with a hard drive full of summit replays I've never opened.

The other reason is that AI Power Pack sales are what make a free summit of this size possible to run at all.

Why do you promote a paid upgrade during a free event?

Because around 96% of attendees watch the whole thing for free, and the small number who upgrade cover the cost of putting it on for everybody else.

You'll also hear me mention my membership here and there. I'd rather say that now than have it turn up as a surprise on day three. The free sessions are the real thing, and plenty of people come every year, take what they need, and never buy anything from me. That's genuinely fine.

Want to keep all of it?

Ongoing access to all 30+ presentations and every live session recording, plus a private podcast feed and a bundle of workshops, templates and courses from our speakers. Nothing expires.
